Bhojo — Shipping and Delivery Policy

Bhojo does not ship goods by courier or post. Every order is a local handover inside your own residential community: - Pickup: you collect the order from the kitchen's home or the collection point shown on the kitchen (for example the main gate or clubhouse) in the time slot you chose. - Delivery inside the community: where the kitchen offers it, the cook brings the order to your tower and flat in the chosen time slot. Any delivery charge is shown before you order.

Timing Each dish shows its ready time or time slot and its order-close time. The kitchen confirms your order before cooking, and you get a notification when it is ready. Handover is confirmed with your order PIN.

If an order is late or not handed over Tell the kitchen in the app, or contact us. An order that is not handed over is refunded in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
