Bhojo — Terms of use

1. Who we are
Bhojo (the Android app on Google Play and the website bhojo.app) is operated by LOLAKAPURI SUSHANTH VARMA SARA, an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and published by Bhairavi.app ("Bhojo", "we"). Contact: hello@bhairavi.app or +91 90326 17192.
2. What Bhojo does
Bhojo lets residents of a residential community order home-cooked food and home-made items (such as pickles and snacks) from neighbours who cook in their own homes ("kitchens"). Bhojo provides the ordering, messaging and payment tools. The food is prepared and handed over by the kitchen, not by Bhojo.
3. Who can use Bhojo
You must be 18 or older and use your real name, community and flat. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Orders and prices
Kitchens set their own menus, portions, prices, order-close times and pickup or delivery options. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the full amount the kitchen charges; Bhojo adds no fee for residents today. An order is confirmed when the kitchen accepts it. A kitchen may decline an order, for example when it has sold out.
5. Payments
You can pay: - online by UPI through Razorpay, when you order or before handover. The payment is received by Bhojo's operator, LOLAKAPURI SUSHANTH VARMA SARA, who passes the order amount to the kitchen; or - directly to the kitchen at handover (the kitchen's UPI ID or QR, or cash). Online payments are processed by Razorpay; Bhojo never sees your UPI PIN or bank details. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Kitchens (home cooks)
Kitchens must describe dishes honestly (ingredients, allergens, diet type and portion), prepare food hygienically, follow the food-safety rules that apply to them (including FSSAI registration where required) and hand over what was ordered. Kitchens are responsible for their food. Bhojo may hide or remove a kitchen or dish that breaks these terms or receives serious complaints.
7. Your conduct
No fake orders or reviews, harassment, illegal items, or attempts to reach other people's data. Reviews must come from a real order.
8. Liability
Bhojo connects neighbours. To the extent the law allows, Bhojo is not liable for the preparation, quality or safety of food made by kitchens, but we help resolve problems and refund online payments as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Changes and ending use
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. You can stop using Bhojo and delete your account at any time (in the app: You > Delete my account).
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at hello@bhairavi.app; we reply within 2 working days. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
